Key information about consigning your cards with TradeWii
Consigning your cards with TradeWii is straightforward, but there are a few things to be aware of. By submitting trading cards for consignment, you agree that TradeWii Cards will be responsible for your items once they’re received and until they are sold and delivered to the buyer.
Cards accepted include raw or graded sports cards and TCGs. “In-store” consignments must have a minimum combined value of £100. Cards should be sent in toploaders or semi-rigids and kept in the order listed in your consignment log. A £10 admin fee applies to disorganised submissions.
All cards are insured by TradeWii while in their possession, based on fair market value as determined solely by the business.
Once your cards are sold via eBay, TradeWii will issue an invoice the Friday after the auction block ends. Payment will be made to your nominated bank account within five business days of funds clearing from eBay, minus all fees and charges outlined in your consignment form.
You’ll receive an itemised invoice showing all final sale prices and fees. For “in-store” consignment only, payouts are made on the first Friday of the following month.
