PSA will open a dedicated UK receiving centre in London in the second half of 2026, expanding its international footprint and giving British collectors a simpler, faster route to submit items for grading. The company says the hub will reduce customs delays, lower shipping costs and allow pricing and payments to be processed in pounds sterling.
When the centre opens, collectors will be able to post cards and collectibles domestically to the London-area facility. Once graded in the United States, items will be returned to the same UK address for final delivery, removing international paperwork and the uncertainty that comes with cross-border returns. PSA also plans to staff a local customer service function and introduce UK-specific processes around intake and order handling.
The London site follows PSA’s recent international moves, including a new submission centre for Hong Kong announced this month and an expanded European presence that has included London submission services at Fanatics’ Regent Street hobby store earlier in the year. The company says the London receiving centre will create around 20 roles across operations, customer service and marketing as the UK operation scales.
How submissions to the London receiving centre will work
PSA’s outline indicates a straightforward process: Post your cards to the UK receiving centre using standard domestic postage; after grading, items are routed back to London for final delivery to collectors.
The approach is designed to keep turnaround estimates tied to PSA’s US workflows while minimising the customs friction that UK submitters currently face. Further details, including the exact address and opening date, will be confirmed closer to launch.
