PSA will officially open a new Hong Kong submission centre on Monday, 17th November 2025, marking a significant expansion of its operations as it looks to remove pain points for customers in the Asia-Pacific region.
Under the model outlined by PSA, cards will be received in Hong Kong, forwarded to PSA HQ in Santa Ana for grading, then returned to Hong Kong for final dispatch to the customer. PSA highlights that operating locally should remove worries around U.S. customs, taxes and tariffs for APAC submitters, making the experience more accessible for collectors and dealers in the region.
What PSA Hong Kong will and will not accept
At launch, the Hong Kong PSA office will accept standard-sized card grading across modern (1980–present) and vintage (1979 and earlier) categories, plus football (soccer) stickers and Dual Service card submissions.
PSA Hong Kong will not be accepting packs, tickets, comic books, magazines, Reholder or Crossover submissions, oversized cards, or PSA Vault submissions.
The submission centre is located at Collectors Universe (HK) Ltd., Suite 11A-14, 11/F, Tower 3, China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.
PSA notes that in-person drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only, and that a shipping fee still applies to those orders once completed. Hong Kong customers requires a one-time IP whitelisting request before orders can be created and printed for shipment
